Cancellation Policy
A refund will be made, less a $40 processing fee, if cancellation is received
in writing no later that Jan 30th, 2004. No refunds will be given after January
30th, 2004. Delegates may substitute an alternate attendee. The Planning
Committee reserves the right to cancel or move the conference should it become
necessary. In this case, each registrant will be notified by telephone or
e-mail, and a full refund will be given. Winterlude Anesthesia 2004 is not
responsible for any other costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties.

The conference will be held at the
grand Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel, One Rideau Street, in the heart of downtown
