Course Overview

Winterlude 2003 Anesthesia Symposium has been planned as a one-day conference, which will appeal to both academic and community-based anesthetists.

This year the morning session features lectures on regional anesthesia and pain management. The Keynote lectures will be given by Dr. Sugantha Ganapathy from Duke University and Dr. David Goldstein from Queen's University.

The afternoon small group sessions include new workshops on regional anesthetic techniques with special reference to postoperative analgesia.

After the symposium, registrants may wish to participate in some of the activities planned for the weekend during Ottawa’s Winterlude Carnival.
