Each year, the University of Ottawa - Department of Anesthesiology hosts a one day symposium to coincide with the Winterlude Festival of the National Capital Region. The symposium follows a common theme of current interest and is presented by local and guest presenters. The symposium is held on a Saturday in February at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
